    Only used a few times, still in good condition.  Has resistance bands and workout DVD.  Exercise meter lets you know the number of strides, the time, calories, and distance.  Human weight on this product should not exceed 250 lbs.  Product itself weighs 30 lbs.  I am selling this with the mat (see picture) which I bought separately as the product doesn't come with a mat.  You can use the strider standing up or sitting down.
