    A fine YAMAHA Cassette deck, producing a great analog sound...
    Stored in the basement about 25+ yrs and never been used. Very rare in this condition. It come with original inserts, but no box.
    The deck has been serviced and calibrated as it was never used for 25+ yrs
    Original belts were deteriorated, replaced all belts
    Rejuvenated tires and re-adjusted tension
    Clean old lubes and applied with high grade silicon lube
    Checked capacitors and other components, replaced any defects as needed
    Play and Recording quality are
    superb (Thanks, to dedicated 2CH heavy-duty heads)

    Note that each cassette transport has a distinctive working mechanism and noise level, some give very low motor or gear sound and those are normal. We examined and minimized all those, but, most of the time, it is limited to the OEM and transport characteristics. All cassette decks are needed routine maintenance (Vary from 3 to 12 months) on their critical parts (motors, spindle, etc.).
